Please let me know if you have any consultant for this below requirement. *Job Title: Java Technical Lead* *Duration: 36 months – with high possible extension* *Location: Kalamazoo, MI, 49007* *Job Responsibilities: Technical Lead (IBM Initiate Collaborative Edition) * *Key Knowledge Areas * · Knowledge of development practices including source control, unit testing, and continuous integration are required. · Experience with Java development in an enterprise environment, including one or more of the following: · JMS integration · Threading APIs · JDBC API · Servlet API · Spring Framework · Webservice development · Experience developing XML file schemas, XML processing · Experience with a major application server environment, e.g., Websphere, Weblogic, Tomcat, etc. · Experience with at least one major relational database system (Oracle, DB2, SQLServer), including: · SQL query development · DB design · Query optimization · Experience with development tools (SVN, Eclipse) is required. · Experience with key platforms including IBM InfoSphere is strongly preferred. · Experience with Oracle relational database system is strongly preferred. *Summary of Position * · The senior technical lead, master data systems provides technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to help support the Project. They have a deep understanding of technology and can independently make informed decisions about how technology is implemented and managed on a large scale. This position provides experienced technical leaders to continue to develop their strong architectural and design skills. Individuals in this position will have experience in leading large technical and development efforts. *Key Requirements * · 5-7 years development experience, 2-3 years in a leadership role · Demonstrated leadership/mentorship experience · Demonstrated strong analytical skills · Ability to proactively identify edge cases · Excellent written and verbal communication · Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide high level technical resources · Demonstrated ability to architect solutions as simple and easily maintainable systems that solve complex business problems *Primary Responsibilities * · Provide technical leadership regarding platforms and technologies · Mentor senior team members on technical concepts and collaborate on their development plans · Manage the work of contractors and service providers · Create an environment that promotes collaborative learning and collective ownership of responsibilities · Lead, facilitate and encourage code reviews and peer programming – identify clear training and development needs for team members to improve · Continuously evaluate and drive measureable improvements to processes, platforms, tools, and related technologies; provide necessary trainings to communicate changes and measure outcomes · Consult on project feature lists and lead prioritization discussions *Education * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent.
