*Lead Developer – Informatica (7-9Yrs)* *Houston, TX* *6+Mts* *Rate is DOE* Minimum Job Qualifications: Education/Training • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Management Requirements • 7-9+ years’ experience in IT projects • Expertise in data integration/ETL processes utilizing Informatica • Experience mentoring other developers is a plus • Experience as a Lead is a plus • Knowledge of Informatica V9.0 or higher, Informatica maps and workflows are desired. • Knowledge of MS SQL Server is a plus. • Possess critical thinking, problem solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a strong team member. • Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines. • A strong work ethic, a professional attitude, and a desire to excel in their chosen field Specialized Knowledge/Skills – • Excellent Communication Skills • Experience with Healthcare or Clinical Data strongly preferred • Skilled in SQL Skills and proficient in Oracle, SQL Server, or any relational database management system. • Experience with ETL (Extract/Transform/Load) technologies such as Informatica is required • Proficient in Toad, SQL Developer, Excel • Technical expertise regarding data models and database design preferred. Provide development leadership regarding Informatica mappings for Data Warehouse projects on all phases of SDLC lifecycle. As part of a team, be responsible for reviewing data accuracy, completeness and produce high quality software that fits business needs. This individual will have significant mastery in Informatica and Oracle technologies and will be responsible for maintaining Informatica standards and design documentation. Additionally, this person will have a significant role to play in conjunction with the Data Architects to analyze the performance of mappings and their relation to the data model for the Data Warehouse.
