Job Description:

• Responsibility include but not limited to Testing life cycle (SDLC/Agile
Scrum) via Requirement gathering, Project test plan and estimations, Test
script design and development, Execution, Management of test cases, Test
program Review and Assessment.

• Document test automation requirements and other test planning artifacts
in preparation for test automation design.

• Design and develop test automation artifacts (scripts, functions,
scenarios, processes) for simple to complex automated testing situations
using various tools

• Designing Selenium automation frameworks from scratch.

• Hands on experience in Defect Life Cycle Management tools like, HP
Quality Center, JIRA, and Bugzilla.

• Manage automated testing repository artifacts to ensure proper reuse,
versioning, backup, test data.

• Experienced with sprint planning and grooming sessions

• QTP exp would be required Selenium 2 (Also called Webdriver) with Java,
Selenium Grid using Webdriver, TestNG or QTP and VB Script has to Have
architectural experience in either or both

• creating automation framework experience is required

• Someone who can drive some automation through the team

• Identify and access automation requirements for entire group

• Presents Cost Benefit analysis to leadership team on automation
development and executions

• Responsible to define automation process and standards

• Responsible to design and develop frameworks

• ATDD Coach for WWW and Mobile projects

• Designed and developed selenium automation framework
