Hi, Hope you are doing well, Title: Facets System Analyst Location: New Jersey or Minneapolis or Phoenix Duration: 6+ Months *Requirements* - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience - 5+ years of System Analysis and Systems Configuration experience - 5+ years of experience working in the different phases of development. - 5 + years of healthcare insurance industry experiences, with knowledge of government run programs - 5+ years of Relational Database experience - 5+ years of writing system requirements - Understanding of data gathering/analysis - Knowledge of the Software(System) Development Life Cycle - Experience working with test plans and test cases - Experience facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions *MUST HAVE:* Facets Experience in following areas: - Hospital & Medical Claims - Be able to execute testing , troubleshoot issues and resolve claim errors - Processing Control Agent - Able to set up PCA for claims/provider/benefit reasons - Product Build - Able to take a benefit summary and be able to build a product from scratch. Creating all new components. - Candidate must be able to lead and give direction on the best configuration approach when there are multiple options in Facets for configuration. He/She needs to have enough understanding to outline the different ways to configure when applicable. - Analysis on existing configuration and understand our configuration standards - Take source documents, review and analyze to determine how to configure member benefits(product build) - Write up a configuration summary document which outlines the request or benefit, the analysis as to what groups/plans need to be updated the solution as to how we will meet the requirement and then the detail step by step configuration. - Needs to be able to run queries to support the analysis required.
