The client may soften their stance on Documentum, only because it is so hard to find along with Scrum Master. Certified Scrum Master Certified Scrum Master Candidate will have actively served as Scrum Master on 3 or more projects over a period of 5 + years. Experience in Scrum of Scrum role preferred. Experience with Documentum and xCP preferred. This is an infrastructure and workflow conversion project from Documentum to xCP. Some expose to Java and application development preferred but candidate does not need actual development experience. Ability to navigate through SDLC removing impediments to the development teams combined with strong verbal and written communication skills a must. Experience with Rally to create and present burn down charts, assist Product Owners with backlog grooming, and coordination with multiple Scrum teams and Scrum Masters required. Formal certification a must. The entire scrum team has received certification as Scrum Masters. Position reports to Director Marketing Systems. Weekly touch points and updates will be established and stakeholder level presentations may be required. We will be working with a third party vendor and consultants on this project as well as offshore resources and both direct and matrix reporting structure for development and team resources. Ability to coordinate work and accomplishments at all levels of the team structure is imperative for project success. What Project/Projects will the candidate be working on while on assignment?
