*Duration : 12 Months* *Send Resumes at [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Interview: phone and face to face OR SKYPE* Company: Documentation The Application Architect’s role is to lead the design, develop, and support various software platforms and applications to support and enhance the company’s services and operations. Applications may include but not limited to shopping cart websites, inventory website, Windows services and executables for data processing automation. This role will influence the physical and software development infrastructure to ensure our software platform scales and is efficient in design and delivery. Application Architect will be engaged and lead technical specifications, design diagrams, software packages and infrastructure requirements. Support management in defining IT strategy and standards. Delivery of design document details for architecture, functionality and time estimates. Establish coding standards and ensure compliance by application developers. Assist in application development and delivery as necessary. Support project managers and management in ensuring delivery of effective solution. Recording log of time spent and details related to tasks, bugs, fixes assigned. Maintain IT team efficiency and effectiveness by identifying improvement opportunities in processes, skills, tools and communication channels. Assist in building and developing the application development team, which includes interviewing candidates, mentoring, and providing feedback on staff performance to management. Role has responsibility for coordinating work assignments for staff and for providing input to management for annual performance reviews. Adhere to all policies and procedures related to security and protecting privacy of client and company information. Role will work directly with confidential client data containing protected health information and/or personally identifiable information and individual must complete annual HIPAA training. Substantial experience in software development with Microsoft .NET and SQL Server technologies. Experience in leading application designs, software tool selection, application roadmaps, implementing best practices in software design and coding Exposure to software development life cycle. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Proficiency in English. 4-yr college degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience is required.
