They must GC, or Citizen Please!* *SAP Security/GRC Senior Associate * *Loc: Minneapolis, MN* Duration: CTH/FTE Specific Duties and Responsibilities: - Design IT audit work programs and lead the engagement team with projects focused on SAP Security or SAP GRC - Execute on SAP Security Controls assessments, which include, but are not limited to: - Analyzing, evaluating, and documenting user permissions, security parameters, and possible interfaces for SAP and provide recommendations to client - Performing SAP segregation of duties analysis using our firm tool and provide recommendations to client - Lead the design of SAP Security Roles for SAP implementations based on client\'s needs, organizational segregation and scope - Communicate business solutions in a client-focused manner in response to market needs - Understand and execute detailed project plans based on defined scope and objectives - Communicate engagement objectives to project team members - Monitor project budget: Scope, time and expense - Provide client status updates, review deliverables, maintain updates with the project manager timely and communicate client opportunities - Assist our clients in developing policies, procedures or other remediation assistance depending on gaps or deficiencies identified - Provide possible solutions to clients based on control gaps or deficiencies or SAP controls functionality not being leveraged by the client - Responsible for professionalism, documenting detailed work plans and meeting deadlines - Flexible to travel nationally and overnight depending on client locations - Develop and lead firm training events focused on SAP Security and SAP GRC Basic Requirements: - Working knowledge of SAP Security role design in SAP 5.3 and greater - Working knowledge of SAP GRC 5.3 and 10 - Minimum of 4 years experience in the SAP Security and SAP GRC space and an understanding of SAP Basis Security - Experience on at least two SAP implementations - BS in MIS, Computer Science, or Accounting - Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in public accounting or relevant compliance industry experience - Strong understanding of information systems risk assessments and controls reviews - Experience with Sarbanes Oxley compliance or COBIT/ITIL frameworks - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects and assignments - Ability to interact with all levels including executives and senior managers - Possess strong business ethics and willingness to adhere to stringent professional standards - Ability to put forth additional effort to meet deadlines when necessary Preferred Requirements: - CISA designation(s) preferred but not required - SAP Security Role Design Implementation experience Please let me know if you need any more information.
