Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of professional .NET development experience with MVC (fluent in MVC 3 at a minimum, but MVC 5 would be ideal). This individual will play an integral part in team projects using the most cutting edge development tools and technology. *Minimum Qualifications:* · 5+ years of .NET Development experience · Fluent in MVC 3 (MVC 5 strongly desired) · Experience with the following technologies: o Node.js o JavaScript o Bootstrap o SQL Server o JSON *Job Description: *Responsible for promoting the use of industry and Company's technology standards. Monitors emerging technologies/technology practices for potential use within the Company. Develop POCs as required. Helps to ensure a balance between tactical and strategic technology solutions. Mentors peers, peer reviews codes and verifies that the object oriented design best practices and that coding and architectural guidelines are adhered to. Identifies and drives issues through closure. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. · *Core Responsibilities:* o Coding, unit testing, documenting, demonstration as per the requirements for systems, processes, interfaces, and scheduling. o Collaborate with business and technology partners and guide implementation teams towards a common architectural vision. o Work closely with the tasks assigned by the Manager, Tech Leads, Architect of the team. o Own the end-to-end technical delivery of the tasks assigned in close partnership with the peer developers, testing, operations, and data team leaders. o Perform analysis of user needs, documentation of deliverables, and translation into proper specifications. o Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. · *Qualifications:* o Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent. o 5-7 years related experience developing, building, and operating enterprise class applications, platforms, infrastructure, and services. o 3-5 years of hands-on experience in developing enterprise applications using .NET, WCF ,Entity Framework, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC (various versions. currently using MVC 5) and SQL Server (version 2008 onwards). o 2-4 years of experience with big code bases, large enterprise projects. o Experience in implementing Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration and continous delivery tools. o Experience in developing NoSQL based solutions using technologies like Couchbase and/or MongoDB.
