Capability to break down complex enterprise needs spanning multiple applications into multi-phased, integrated solution plans that can be implemented by internal/external teams. Able to manage a team to complete complex deliverables within a program of work Able to operate and add value at Steering Group level including taking responsibility for deliverable sign-off Can lead others by enabling them to achieve and develop while successfully delivering within the project environment Possess a deep knowledge in multiple technology areas that allow them to integrate between the various technologies in use in an enterprise environment. *Qualifications * 7+ years of demonstrated technical mastery of Design, Development, and Deployment of SAP Business Objects Data Services. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject area. Masters degree preferred. Experience with Enterprise Data warehousing and Deep Analytics based system development using technologies such as Business Objects Data Services(BODS), ETL (Data Stage), UNIX, XML and Microsoft Productivity tools Support functional and technical requirements across several business functions in a production environment through a ticketing process Write and publish data, data conversion, exception management policies and procedures Design and implement a data migration framework that not only converts legacy data to SAP but also keeps the data in sync where the source of truth can be in either SAP or Legacy Use SAP Business Objects Data Services Designer to extract, transform and load master data and transactional data Define and maintain data mappings between source and target Design data validation and cleansing routines, error recovery mechanisms, change data capture, audit logs and metric gathering techniques Write SQL procedures for complex transformations, design and develop data workflows, embedded data flows, multi-source, multi format data flows. Develop database objects, including tables, views, triggers, keys, and declarative integrity constraints Convert and load legacy data from tables, files to ECC using IDOCs, LSMW or BAPI interface Develop reports to perform data load validation including invalid data and overall reconciliation reports Extract data from multiple source formats including RDBMS, flat file, csv, excel and other formats Proven ability to communicate, facilitate and lead technical workshops with senior level personnel, and gain buy-in from groups ranging from Solutions Architecture, Project Management, Sustainability, Infrastructure and Business Please let me know if you need any more information.
