*Location:* East Coast, Hanover - Baltimore Area – MD





*Primary Qualifications*

   - Salesforce.com (SFDC) professional should have overall  8-10 years of
   IT Experience with 3-4 years of SFDC experience, who is currently playing
   an analyst role on Production Support environment.
   - Should have hands on experience of Sales Cloud, Force.com, Data.com
   and Chatter
   - Knowledege and  Siebel  Experience a plus
   - Should have high level Oracle Database Knowledge – should be able to
   write PL/SQL Script for  data validation
   - Able to absorb\learn and adapt new technologies and features quickly.
   - Experience in on-call support rotation for production support that
   require 24 X 7.   Weekend or off hours work could be possible
   - Familiar with Support tools for incident management- CA Service Desk
   knowledge a plus
   - Experience working in accordance with a tightly controlled change
   management environment
   - Excellent follow-up, analytical and problem-solving skills
   - Strong teamwork skills, having the ability to work effectively with a
   variety of people, with varying backgrounds, at all levels of the
   organization and globally
   - Ability to acknowledge, communicate, escalate and resolve problems
   with minimal supervision

Role Description

   - Provide routine technical support for SFDC
   - Supporting and troubleshooting Production issues
   - Managing and maintaining operational and support documentation
   - Ability to effectively communicate written and verbal to all levels
   within the organizations as well as communicate directly with customers on
   new projects and / or issues with production systems.


   - Ability to work in a team environment and serve as the bridge between
   the operational and technical areas
   - Ability to communicate effectively throughout the organization
   - Demonstrate proficiency in simultaneously managing multiple priorities
   and assignments



*RESPONSIBILITIES:*

   - Monitor ticket queues and resolve incident tickets based on ticket
   priorities.
   - Liaison between functional users  and technical support staff to
   ensure the system is meeting the business needs of the organization.
   - Facilitate requirements gathering and documentation efforts.
   - Gather requirements, design and test solutions to production fixes and
   enhancements per client specifications.
   - Document functional use test cases and scripts.
   - Identify, document and escalate risks and issues.
   - Develops, coordinates and implements plans to test business and
   functional processes during system development and quality assurance
   testing.
   - Adhere to expectations and timeline for deliverables.
   - Prioritize and assign tasks for offshore functional and technical
   analysts.
   - Prepare and issue requested project status reports covering all
   assigned pending and current project activities.
   - Ensure compliance with the management process and procedures to ensure
   changes to production environment are implemented in controlled manner with
   applicable testing and approvals.

Provide weekly status reports

   - Education: Requires a bachelors degree or equivalent and 5 years of
   relevant experience
   - 50%  Monitor, respond and resolve incident tickets and queues.
   - 50% Gather requirements and develop functional design documents
