Kindly share your resume on [email protected] for below position. *Position: Business system Analyst* *Location - Richfield, MN* *Duration- 6 months* *Interview: F2F* Our client is looking for a Junior Business Systems Analyst to define and document business and functional application/system requirements to support the mobile business. This position works very closely with a middleware team that provides services (API's) used to communicate with various internal and external partners. *Responsibilities/Deliverables:* • Work closely with and foster good working relationships with the business and integration partners • Participate in JAD sessions • Business process modeling (as-is and to-be): Visio/Axure • Requirements documentation • User interface design • API Mapping • UML activity diagramming • Review test cases and test scripts • Review application to validate that requirements are met • Work closely with onshore and offshore development teams *MUST have skills:* • Minimum 3 years of experience writing requirements for large system integration projects as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst (mobile uses Visio) • Experience working in a large corporate environment • Experience working in extremely fast-paced environments • Application UI design (web and/or desktop) • Writing use cases and activity diagrams • Experience validating system behavior against requirements • Usability lab experience – designing sessions and formulating actions based upon results • Experience working with offshore development teams • Experience with various development methodologies. *Preferred Skills* • Experience in wireless/telecom, subscription services, or retail point of sale. • Experience with Axure, Version 1 • Experience delivering applications for mobile devices • Ability to Read and Interpret XML, XSDs, or APIs • Experience in Agile/Scrum environment *Technologies:* 1.
