They are looking for architects who want to get their hands dirty for multiple years and have experience with integration, transformation, and migrations on a large scale environment. Candidates need to be a subject matter expert and have experience integrating the new ERP system to work with technologies such as Salesforce, Siebol, and MS. · Candidates need to understand ERP and how to develop from where it is today, to where it will be in the future. · Candidates need to be able to understand how the changes/transformation/migration/integration will have an impact on the business. · Candidates need to know what data needs to be transferred to these systems and the impacts it will have. · Candidates need to understand from a stakeholder’s viewpoint- what do these changes mean to the business and understand how it needs to be done. · Candidates need to understand Order to Cash – Where does it start, how does it connect, who is involved, and how will it fit? End to end. Area of focus: Architecture to interface with Client’s ERP program (full time effort) Platform areas: Client runs following ERPs: Oracle eBusiness suite, iScala, and Mapics.
