*This resource will be enhancing the existing incentive program activity
report built in Crystal reporting tool.*
*Skills Required: *
- 3 - 5 years SOLID experience with data analysis and manipulation
- 4 years SOLID experience in SQL programming
- 5 years SOLID experience with data analysis and information reporting,
including 2 years of demonstrated understanding of information repository
issues and concepts
- Experience in development implementations, data modeling, or data
mapping efforts
- *SOLID knowledge of relational database concepts, and the ability to
create queries and reports using the Crystal Reporting Tool*
- Understanding of data elements as they relate to data quality
requirements
- Ability to create queries against complex data models and warehouses
- Strong analytical, conceptual and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously both independently
and as part of a team to accomplish goals
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and communication skills
- Understanding of statistical concepts with an ability to apply to
informatic reporting
Technical Nice to HAVE's:
- Experience with Teradata
- Understanding of dimensional models
- General knowledge of healthcare industry and disease management
- Experience creating clear and concise project documentation
Additional Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
This position is responsible for the support of the design and
implementation of informatic solutions; supporting end-to-end report
development; interfacing between business and technical teams to compile
requirements and design solutions; and use of the data in order to build
informatic solutions to meet business needs
