*Skills required*
*More than 6+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM (NA PAYROLL).*

Should have practical experience of at least 3-4 projects with couple of
projects in lead Position.

Familiarity with Oracle/PeopleSoft development technologies (People Code,
Application Designer, Component Interface,SQR and Application Engine)

Expert knowledge of PeopleSoft data structures, configuration and setup
designs, and business processes within the HCM (NA Payroll) and strong
understanding of tables/record definitions and ability to write and
understand SQL is required

Knowledge of Core HR, Compensation, Performance Management, Position
Management, Benefits are required.

HR Business  Process knowledge – ability to consult, design and architect
the business requirement

Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, Accounts Executives and
Management

Consistently produces clear, concise status reports

Builds confidence and trust with clients

Displays effective analytical skills

Takes initiative and works independently

Should possesses strong analytical, techno functional and communication
skills

Ability to estimate the change requirement in terms of effort required to
complete the requirement.
