NO SKYPE AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!!! * *Reports Developer-* Reporting directly to a Client eCare Complementary Applications, the contractor executes tasks as assigned by the Applications Manager and in their project plans for support of Revenue Cycle SQL/Excel reporting. Specifically, SQL/Excel contractor will execute assignments and be responsible for providing SQL and Excel expertise for the Complementary Applications Team and the Client eCare Training Team. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Indicate key areas of responsibility, major job duties, special projects and key objectives for this position. These items should be evaluated throughout the year and included in the written annual evaluation. Under the general direction of the Complementary Applications Team, the Contractor will participate in efforts to resolve SQL Reporting issues and Excel file manipulation. The contractor will: • Execute work assignments, priorities, and best use of technology for ongoing system activities. • Troubleshoot application, operational, or customer service problems and take corrective action to resolve those problems. • Participate in efforts to develop processes and procedures for the support of Revenue Cycle Client eCare Complementary Apps and Training to support the Epic implementation in various ways. • Execute tasks including SQL queries and Excel file manipulation. • Assist with troubleshooting efforts to accurately deliver reports. • Other duties as assigned by the Applications Manager.
