*Job Title: SAP BI/BO Test Lead* *Duration:6 Months* *Location: Kent, WA * * Qualifications*: - Experience as a Test Lead in SAP ECC, BW/BI and Business Objects projects. - Lead Functional, and Regression efforts for all major and minor releases, enhancements, Software & Hardware upgrades of ECC, SAP IS Retail, SAP BI7, and Business Objects 4.0/4.1 - Cross functional knowledge in SAP POSDM, MM, FI and SAP SD, IS Retail. - Working experience in IS Retail domain - Support implementation teams, and interact with Users, Stake holders and Managers. - Expertise in BW Data Model testing Infoprovider, DSO, Multiprovider, Cubes and Infosets. - Expertise in testing BEx Reports using BEx Designer, Analyzer, Analysis for Office and Web Portal. - Good knowledge in Business Intelligence, ETL, OLAP and (EDW) concepts. - Good expertise in Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Webi reports and BO Universe. - Able to create Ad-hoc Reports using Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, SAP Analysis for OFFICE, Analysis for OLAP and Dashboards. - SQL basic knowledge - Expertise in JIRA, HP Quality Center and QTP - Involve in QAT, UAT and data quality testing. - Define test tools and direction to the teams, coordinating defect lifeline calls. - Daily Kanban status meetings, pre-deployment, war rooms and Escalations. - Develop QA/UA Test Plan, Test strategy, Schedule, resource allocation and approach for testing. - Analyze BI data/production issues using Excel and Access database. - Lead and manage On-Site and Off-Shore teams and coordinate day to day activities across Business and IT. - Excellent Communication skills and sound Documentation skills, able to establish strong working relationship, work independently. - Self-motivated and driven to accomplish company goals, comfortable multi-tasking in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
