*10 Months Contract (to the end of 2015)*

The person can work remotely in CO as long as they can come into the Denver
office as needed – may consider out of state, but his boss really wants
someone who will be local and can come into the office)

Manager prefers local Denver candidates to interview in person as a final,
but will hire off a Skype interview if not local.  They do have other team
members who work remotely.



·         The highly skilled *BPM Analyst *to join our client’s team as a
contractor for a minimum of a 10 month contract engagement.

·         The team that this person will be joining focuses on the
utilization *of HP Tools such as BPM *which is a key tool that they use
within their service offering.

·         This team is highly focused on *BPM scripting and
Administration. *

·         The goal is to *offload the BPM scripting tasks* to new
contractor.

·         *One of the primary requirements for this position will be heavy
experience working with multiple protocols (i.e. – writing scripts in
specific Network Protocols such as HTTP). *

·         In addition, since this position will focus a great deal on
scripting, *BPM scripting is a must have. *

·         This Analyst will essentially *listen/review user stories or
business process narratives via a Word document and then translate the user
narrative into a business process script *



*REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE*

·         *1-5 years of experience in HP BPM vugen scripting*

·         *Strong scripting experience *

·         *BPM multiple Web Protocol and other network protocol experience
(web protocol is a must have)*

·         *End user reporting via BSM (mandatory)*

·         *Setup and Maintenance expertise *

·         Banking or Healthcare experience is ideal

·         Experience interfacing with end users

·         Proven experience communicating technology with users



*RESPONSIBILITIES*

·         BPM scripting and maintenance within BSM administration

·         BPM Run time setup

·         BPM End user reporting setup and alerting

·         Maintaining Transaction naming standards

·         BPM server System Health monitoring setup and maintenance

which is Business Process Monitoring  - key tool that they use within their

·         This person will be one of nine team members (2 are on site in

of the time and fill in the gaps with BPM scripting

team mate – aka contractor)

·         For this position, he is focusing heavily on finding someone who
has worked on multiple protocols (i.e. – writing scripts in specific
Network Protocols such as HTTP). Experience working with Web Protocols is a
must as well as having experience with other network protocols.

·         This position has a *HEAVY scripting focus*

·         This person will essentially listen/review user stories or

·         *BSM experience is mandatory *

network protocols)

·         Interfacing with end users

·         Communication of technology with users

·         Strong scripting experience


* Interview Process:*

·         Phone Interview – He will drill down several times (ex – ask one
question and then based on the person’s answer will drill down to the next
layer and ask another question and keep going) – Highly Technical interview
with manager.  Will last about 30 minutes

·         In Person Interview – bring in 1-3 candidates for a F2F interview

·         Dashboard creation and Maintenance

·         Create Pattern based models

·         NNMi exposure to BSM integration
