· Advanced IT development experience
· Java Middle Tier Development experience
· XML
· Message Queuing (MQ Series)
· WebSphere Application Server
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong troubleshooting and analytical experience
*NICE TO HAVE:*
· Data Objects
· System Component Architecture
· Open Services Gateway Interface (OSGI)
