Three of the applications could possibly be moved with few modifications or possibly converted to Crystal Reports. The other 2 applications are mapping applications currently using ESRI ArcIMS. Ideally, they would like to move them to a modern mapping tool such as Bing or Google. But there are significant unknowns, so HM need a bright and create developer that can help choose the right platform keeping in mind moving off of Win2003 is the priority. The following skills are required… · ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, Oracle, C# · Can you confirm this is for the Windows Server Migration from 2003 to 2008 project? Yes this is for the Win2003 server migration effort · What is your timeline as far as when the ASAP-IT will post and anticipated start date? I’d like to get someone in here as soon as possible. But I’ll settle for 3-4 weeks · Other than impeccable communication, and ability to come in and hit the ground running with minimal to no ramp up time, are there any other things that are a “must-have” for this role? Must have experience: mapping; ESRI ArcIMS, ArcGIS, deploying and migrating applications. Would like to have experience; Bing Maps, Google Maps, Crystal Reports.
