*Position:**          Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst (Manual & Automated)*

*Location:**         Mason, OH*

*Duration:**         4 Months*

*Rate: DOE*



*Major Duties & Responsibilities:*
Plan and create automation test strategy related to automation test scope
for application release project.

Plan and create manual testing strategy & coordinate testing efforts with
off-shore China team

Plan and create test estimates based on automation test scope of release to
help drive final testing strategy and sign-off date for overall project
plan.

Develop, review/write, implement, execute, and maintain automation test
scenarios and test scripts to validate new system functionality outlined in
delivered business requirements.

Setup Quality Center with identified auto test scripts for specific test
cycle for both new functionality and regression testing.

Manage and maintain the automation test documentation within the Quality
Center tool (soon to be HP UFT)

Document and deliver written defects through Quality Center (soon to be HP
UFT) to development team for defect fixes; identifying test effort needed
to appropriately test defect as well as regression test around defect once
fix is delivered.



*Minimum (Required) Qualifications:*
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer sciences or other related field.
• PC skills in a variety of software programs for QA and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of quality and project management processes and estimation
techniques.
• Knowledge of software testing life cycle activities, fundamentals of test
architecture, test design principles for black-box, grey-box and white-box
testing.
• Knowledge of manual, automated and performance testing for UI,
back-end/batch and data conversion.
• Experience with test automation and performance testing tools.
• Knowledge of test environment and test data management.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects.
• Excellent communication (written, verbal and listening) skills,
presentation and documentation skills.
• Strong organizational/team-working skills with ability to coordinate in a
diverse, dynamic environment.

*Preferred Qualifications:*
• Broad-based knowledge/experience of retail industry.
• Experience with testing tools such as QTP, LoadRunner and Quality Center.
• Experience in working with onshore/offshore resources.
