As a Sr. Analyst you'll join a world-class team of analysts and developers that create highly innovative, visible and engaging customer facing web sites and applications that reflect this unique brand. · You'll be responsible for the definition and design of key system solutions and integrations supporting these digital platform technologies. You should have experience in designing systems integrations and familiarity with web service/API platforms. As well as familiarity with ecommerce, PCI compliance, and retail sales systems. · You must be passionate about producing high quality solutions that meet or exceed user and business requirements and expectations. *Summary of Key Responsibilities:* *Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:* · *Solution Delivery* · Gather, analyze, and document requirements to guide the design and development for the Digital Solutions API platform. · Create detailed system design, architecture and end user documentation to support system implementation efforts. · Leverage leading technology expertise to propose appropriate solution options. · Clearly define and communicate functional design specifications. · Facilitate and collaborate on iterative solution design. · Coordinate solution delivery activities across teams and vendors as required. *Coordination/Leadership:* · Effectively facilitates and negotiates through challenging situations. · Interfaces across all organization levels comfortably with internal business customers, technical support resources, and external business partners. · Leads and influences groups though effective decision making. · Relates system solutions to broader organization strategies and objectives. *Qualifications:* *Summary of Experience:* · Requirement elicitation and analysis experience - 7 years. · Solution design, testing, and implementation experience - 7 years. · End user support and documentation experience - 5 years. *Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* · Skilled in the utilization of system development methodologies throughout the full project lifecycle. · Ability to identify/define viable technology solutions delivering required business capabilities. · Ability to design highly reliable and scalable technology solutions. · Ability to develop clear, thorough functional design specifications that drive effective solution development. · Strong analytical and problem solving skills. · Ability to effectively utilize available tools and resources (internal and external) to resolve issues. · Ability to work effectively in self-directed manner. · Strong oral and written communication skills enabling the persuasive presentation of proposed solutions. · Ability to collaborate and drive consensus across a diverse group customers with conflicting priorities.
