*Title : Senior Business Analyst* *Location : Austin, TX * *Duration :Long term* *please Send me 10+ years profiles only* *……..* *Skills: Senior* *Business Analyst *with Configuration Management Database *(CMDB)* Experience *Minimum Requirements:* Years Skills/Experience 8 Support design, development, and implementation of automated processes for gathering, populating, and maintaining *CMDB data.* 8 Reconcile the CMDB data when exceptions are noted between CMDB, discovery information, and other authoritative production data repositories. 8 Produce and execute a plan for implementing the Configuration Management processes. 8 Ability to develop SQL queries and reports for management on KPIs to improve the process effectiveness, efficiency, and data accuracy. 8 Experience in hardware and software asset and configuration management as well as knowledge of IT service management processes. 8 Experience with *FrontRange HEAT, ServiceNow, BMC Atrium, and BMC Remedy ITSM* or a similar industry solution. 8 *Familiar with any of the following: discovery products including Microsoft SCCM, BMC Software Asset Management; reconciliation of discovery data in BMC CMDB environment; and integration of discovery solutions with CMDB or a similar industry solution.. * 8 Knowledge of MS SQL, query-writing, reporting tools (ie: Crystal Reports, BIRT, or a similar industry solution) relational databases. 8 Candidates must have excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
