The preferred candidate will have a solid work history as a business analyst developing and managing business requirements, facilitating planning sessions with a variety of stakeholders, and providing vision and guidance to clear solutions. The position requires an individual with exceptional communications skills (verbal and written), meeting facilitation skills, highly accomplished personal organizational skills and big picture view of the use of IT to drive business solutions. In addition, a good understanding of accounting & financial applications is preferred in candidates as the person chosen will be responsible for supporting financial applications. The person filling this role must be flexible to provides support to traditional IT projects as well as provide broad support to production financial product applications. *Position Functions or Responsibilities : *A Business Analyst is held directly accountable for the state of the application(s) and processes and are responsible for every aspect of software releases and project assignments throughout the phases of the Software Development Lifecycle. A Business Analyst is primarily responsible for tracking and analysis of updates to customizations, identification of navigational changes and changes in functionality to existing security roles. The business analyst will also prepare and execute test cases where testing involves multiple levels of regression and new functionality testing. The Analyst will also evaluate and update training documents and user procedures.
