*IVR Developer with Java * *Framingham, MA. * *6+Mts* *Rate is DOE* In this role, you will be an engineer responsible for IVR/CTI software development that will include enhancements to our IVR while implementing automation software as well as backend services. You will be responsible for development, design and testing of numerous technology solutions that will enable the IVR transformation. Primary Responsibilities: • Work closely with the business and other areas of IT to understand and contribute to the execution of IVR and Automation projects to achieve goals • Ensure there is clear ownership (accountability/responsibility) and focus to drive as well as resolve emerging streams of system development, integration, support and maintenance complexities • Hands-on development of IVR and Automation software to meet the business requirements • Understand and help execute the project including adjustments as needed based on technical environment • Work with engineers and other cross functional teams like Product Management, Project Management, Release Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams • Ensure technical design reviews and code reviews are performed for projects Education/Experience • A degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field • Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis Basic • Strong communication, writing, and critical thinking skills; attention to detail • Excellent diagnostic, debugging, and troubleshooting skills • 5+ years in a production development environment, preferably with exposure to IVR or Call Center systems • 5+ years’ experience developing applications deployed on an enterprise strength application server • 5+ years’ experience in each of the following: - Object oriented development using Java or Microsoft - SQL on a relational database, DB2 is preferred • Experience developing web services using REST/JSON • Proficient with relational database management systems; preferably DB2 and Oracle Preferred • Java certification and/or J2EE enterprise architect certification • Experience with IVR, automation and services experience is a plus • Experience in providing technical leadership of projects and technical resources *Regards,* *Rahman, * *Sr Resource Recruiter* *[email protected] <[email protected]>* *703 246 1849* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
