*POSITION PURPOSE :*

The Senior .NET Developer role is to design, develop, implement and support
organizational interfaces and applications.


 *ACCOUNTABILITIES/DUTIES :*

·         Develop and deployment of new interfaces within Neuron ESB
middleware (.NET development)

·         Developweb applications in support of interfaces to manage
cross-reference and integration maintenance SQL tables.

·         Maintain and extend existing applications throughout the
enterprise.

·         Ensure that development projects meet business requirements and
goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems
issues.

·         Reviews the work of other developers, providing guidance and
enforcing programming standards.

·         Develops technical specifications for all new applications.

·         Work closely with help desk, server, network and database
administrators to assist with application support.

·         Provide technical leadership to project managers and programmers
working on development project teams.

·         Review and analyze existing applications’ effectiveness and
efficiency, and then develop strategies for improving or leveraging these
systems.




*QUALIFICATIONS :*

·         Strong object oriented programming skills

·         Expert C#.NET programming experience.

·         Middleware experience (Neuron ESB, BizTalk, or other)

   - Expert Microsoft SQL Server Transact-SQL skills and the ability to
   create complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, user-defined
   functions, views, and other database objects.
   - Building and calling SOAP/.NET Web-Services
   - Manipulation of XML and XML Transforms.
   - Message Queuing (MSMQ) Technology
   - Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
   - Experience with ITIL concepts and best practices.
   - Experience with code management and versioning methodologies.
   - Design and develop Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
   reports


*ACADEMIC :*

   - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is
   required.




*GENERAL SKILLS :*

   - Strong leadership and mentoring skills
   - Solid customer service and delivery skills.
   - Manages the process of innovative change effectively.
   - Self-starter, with the ability to manage multiple projects, under time
   constraints, in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
   - Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.




*WORK EXPERIENCE :*

   - 6+ years of C#.NET development experience, 2+ of which have been in a
   Senior or Lead role, 1+ middleware.
   - 3+ years working with SQL Server (2008+ preferred).
