They have to figure out realistically what they can do from now until October. Put together a plan that will get them ICD-10 compliant. Needs a leader who can come in, look at what they have, and just run with it. Need to be flexible and agile, willing to listen. Cannot ask the same questions over and over again or it will be bad. Our client does not have any testers aligned to ICD-10 or testers. It is just the programmers and business coders currently aligned to ICD-10 who will be doing the testing.
