Continuing from the previous platform transition, the next step in overhauling the website requires updating content with relevant energy efficiency information and building a streamlined, user-friendly layout. Similar to the Refuel Colorado website, Recharge Colorado will offer consumers interactive online tools designed to educate and simplify complicated technical and financial programs and incentives.Work Tasks, Deliverables and TimelineVendor shall act as technical consultant to the CEO and perform the following work tasks. All work tasks shall be subject to the final approval and discretion of the CEO. Create and design the layout, style and functionality of the Recharge Colorado website, including;home page/landing pageheaders, footers and boardersmenus and sub menuscustom tablescustom navigationcolors and layouttypographyfile management plug-insset up cachingset up analyticsoptimize for search enginesongoing website monitoring and back upCode and design functional online tax credit and energy finance calculators for Colorado consumers to estimate various energy saving payback periods. The calculator must be robust enough to handle multiple values, variables and formulas.The calculator must have a custom designed layout and interface that reflects the branding of Recharge Colorado.The calculator must be a functional tool designed to help Colorado consumers make informed decisions and retain web traffic.Code and design interactive map for locating various location-based data sets.Develop and manage the production schedule of work.Create custom administrator menu for CEO staff to post content.Manage test production server as the site is built.Manage subcontractors who will be doing the web coding and platform build.Perform software and security updates to both the Recharge and Refuel Colorado websites. Contractor will provide a Senior Web Software developer with the required qualifications to complete the work, including;Advanced knowledge of Drupal Framework and open source toolsAdvanced knowledge of PHPThe CEO will offer a workspace for the web software developer and manage his/her time and work schedule.Deliverables and Acceptance CriteriaVendor shall adhere to the following project schedule. All deliverables shall be subject to the final approval and discretion of the CEO.The final deliverable will be an updated website which adheres to the new Recharge Colorado branding guidelines. The website will have a custom layout and framework, including interactive Google based maps and financial calculators. D. ReportingCEO project manager will manage the web software developer. CEO project manager will schedule weekly meetings with the contractor to ensure work schedule and deliverables are being met.
