The Systems Functional Analyst will partner with the business to understand their business models in order to help formulate functional requirements for new and enhanced functionality within our employee relation/management systems. You will support the business by ensuring that all problems and issues are addressed in a professional and timely manner. Requires hands on leadership role with overseeing and contributing to test planning and QA processes. Requirements 3 - 5 years of experience in the role of systems and/or business analyst. Experience with business process reviews. Experience in product and project requirements definition and requirements documentation. Experience in writing product and project use cases and test scripts. Experience with Human Capital Management tools. Preferred Skills: Experience and knowledge of HCM systems (PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, etc.) Bachelor degree preferred. Certified Business Analyst Professional Certification or other applicable certifications Experience with Quality Center or related a plus.
