*Job Title : Sr. ETL Programmer Analyst/ETL ArchitectLocation : Orlando, FLDuration : 3+Months Contract (Possibility of 1 Year)Job Summary:* Collaborate with business areas to identify and assess business requirements for information/data and then provide options, risks and benefits for the appropriate solution. Actively participate in setting the direction and strategy for data management environments. Provide project estimates on deliverables. Work with team in the architecture and delivery of scalable, high-performance data/business intelligence platforms. Develop and maintain an intimate understanding of business operations. Demonstrate sound business sense and ability to see "the big picture". Assess and document the flow of data between system components. Able to develop, understand and interpret logical and physical data models. Partner with the application architects to ensure effective data schemas for operational applications. Determine the business intelligence solutions such as dashboards etc. required to support data mining, analytics, and reporting needs. Help coordinate the development of necessary project documentation and standards required for compliance and identified best practices. Coordinate with the business users during project implementations and continue to serve as a point of contact for future data questions and issues. Ensure business user issues are resolved in a timely manner. Able to cross train and mentor others as needed. Facilitate and lead meetings and requirements gathering sessions with end users at all levels (Director, Managers, and Subject Matter Experts). Keep management, project managers, team members and business stakeholders informed of critical issues, project status, changes, etc. Able to embrace and adapt to change while demonstrating flexibility and the ability to develop and follow new processes. *Qualifications:* 7+ years of demonstrated experience working as part of large Information Technology teams and/or consulting organizations partnering with clients/business groups to architect, lead and support complex data and information architecture/ management programs, i.e. part of Data Warehousing environment Broad experience with data requirements, data modeling concepts, data integration, master data management, metadata management, enterprise data warehousing (EDW) and business intelligence/analytics, tools, protocols and practices. Demonstrated ability to produce high quality technical documentation. Strong knowledge of systems development and project management methodologies/processes. Experience with one or more databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata etc. Experience with one or more ETL/Data Quality tools such as SSIS, Informatica Power Center, IBM’s Data Stage/Quality Stage etc. Experience with one or more reporting/ad-hoc analysis tools such as MicroStrategy, Cognos, SSRS, Tableau etc. Experience with one or more data modeling tools such as Erwin, Embarcadaro etc. Familiarity with customer identification and address standardization processes and tools such as Unica etc. Familiarity with one or more statistical modeling tools by SPSS or SAS etc. Familiarity with Big Data concepts, tools, utilities, protocols, and practices Familiarity with Cloud Computing architectures, protocols, and practices Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to make effective decisions while working through complex issues Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate functional and technical components of an initiative to applicable parties both verbally and through documentation. Attention to detail, good analytical and problem solving skills and critical thinking are essential. In addition, being a self-starter/motivator and having a proactive, agile and strategic mindset are a must.
