The e-Learning Developer is responsible to author and program instructional content, incorporating multimedia assets that include, but not limited to, audio, videos and graphics. Develop learning objects/assets for stand-alone and learning management system delivery methods using a variety of authoring tools and Learning Content Management Systems. Collaborate and communicate with other developers, instructional designers, graphics artists and subject matter experts. - The position requires Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Macromedia Dreamweaver and Captivate 4. - Basic to Intermediate knowledge with developing using HTML. - Experience with Learning Management Systems and Learning Content Management Systems to drive the delivery of training. - Proven e-Learning Design and Development experience. - Experience with elements of blended learning, Web-based training and instructor-led training.
