The position will also help assess the functional/ technical needs of the HR organization by providing operational consulting support. *Deliverables:* *criteria/results by which success can be measured:* Support analysis, design and development for system requirements resulting from business line requests, application updates and functionality upgrades by performing all steps in the development life cycle. Provide functional and technical support for PeopleSoft core HR, Candidate Gateway/Talent Acquisition Management, Security and Self Service modules. Provide support across the RICEFW framework specifically reports, interfaces and workflow. Assist with the execution of activities necessary to ensure optimization of HR applications. Partner with regional and global HR business users to assess the requirements and consult with them on alternatives by providing an evaluation of options with recommendations to meet needs. Collaborate with the client to develop, test and implement the best alternative. Assist with HR technology projects. This would include evaluating issues, formulating a plan of action with required resources and estimating timelines, communicating status to clients and executing plan through implementation. * * *Technical Knowledge:* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree a plus. *Experience with Peoplesoft HCM version 9.0 and People tools required.* 3-4 years business analysis/ technical experience in the area of HR and Information Systems. Familiarity with relational database architecture and models. ( Oracle and SQL serer preferred) Experience using a structured systems development methodology preferred Strong problem solving and analytical skills Must have string communication skills and an ability to communicate with all levels within the organization. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Exposure to various reporting technologies such as Business Objects is a plus.
