Please share your resume on ne...@tresourceinc.com for below position. *Strong Payroll Functional Consultant with Oracle EBS, Peoplesoft or Fusion experience* *Saint Paul, MN (Locals Preferred)* *3-6 Months* *Job Description* The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients to understand “as-is” processes and document requirements as well as map requirements to standard Oracle R12 HCM modules - Oracle Adv. Benefits & Payroll. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for identifying process improvement areas and developing future business process flows. Candidate will play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall Oracle HCM – OAB (Oracle Adv. Benefits) & Payroll solution. Candidate will guide teams on processes, deliverables and contribute to the detailed project scope, client training. Candidate must have prior Oracle R12 HCM–OAB & Payroll implementation consulting experience. *Responsibilities: * • Conduct in depth as-is process, systems used across different regions globally • Conduct quantitative & qualitative data analysis of current HR systems used – recommend customer with readiness action required for implementing Oracle R12 Benefits & Payroll Modules • Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Application functionality. • Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them. • Configure the Oracle OAB & Payroll modules to meet client requirements and document application set-ups. • Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions. • Key deliverables include – As-Is process, systems evaluation, recommendations, user requirements, functional & technical design documents, training materials & user test scripts • Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts. • Support clients with the execution of test scripts. • Develop end-user documentation and training materials. • Deliver end-user training. *Qualifications* • Minimum of 8+ years of experience with implementing & supporting Oracle HR modules & functions (Required) • Experience with full life cycle implementation of Oracle R12 OAB(Oracle Adv. Benefits) & Payroll modules, business process recommendations (Required) • Hands-on implementation & support experience with Oracle R12 Advanced Benefits & Payroll (Required) • In depth understanding of payroll processes and HR/Benefits implications with the payroll process • Experience in other areas of the Oracle R12 Core HR is a plus • Knowledge of PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Oracle Reports, Workflow and OAF (Preferred) • Strong Ability to liaise with business management at all levels and technical teams and tracking the overall implementation. (Required) • Strong written and oral communication skills; attention to detail • Strong interpersonal skills.
