*Title :Team Lead/Scrum Master * *Duration is at least through the end of the year.* *Location :San Francisco, CA* *JD:-*In this hybrid role you will have both general project management responsibilities as well work closely with the development team in a scrum master capacity. You will manage the Project Plan for our *mobility teams* to help them work together more efficiently and perform at the highest levels. Your primary responsibility will be to drive integrated team efforts that will result in successful execution of project initiatives, and to encourage teams to follow the *Agile* framework. Additional responsibilities will vary day-to-day and include educating and training team members to support a continuous and transparent process improvement philosophy. Scrum Master • Run sprint planning, as well as release planning and sprint reviews for team • Coach team on agile practices and encourage adoption via retros, scrums, sprint planning • Run daily standup meetings, understand & remove obstacles • Help identify and mitigate risks • Own the metrics for the team; utilize data to effectively communicate progress and opportunities for improvement with stakeholders and other team members Team Lead • Collaborate with teams to define the detailed project deliverables • Develop project plans, goals, and work within guided budget plans; identify resources needed, develop schedules and methods for measuring results • Ensure that each project work breakdown structure is clarified, prioritized and assigned to the appropriate team member • Create, maintain and enforce project timelines, milestones and deliverables across all channels to ensure on-time completion • Oversee the preparation and dissemination of project communications including escalation of project issues and risks (as appropriate) • Recommend and oversee process re-engineering as applicable • The resource will have strong analytical, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills and contribute towards determining best practices of application development. • Bachelor degree, preferably in information technology, business or engineering disciplines *• 3+ years of mobile application development experience* • Working knowledge of the SDLC • Solid communication, interpersonal and organizational skills • Strong project management skills • Strong customer focus and customer service skills *• Well versed with technologies like BPM, Design Patterns, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, MVC Framework, EJB, Web–Services and XML, OR Mapping tools.* • You will be managing projects within an *Agile/Scrum* environment, therefore you *must* have significant experience of this including: running Scrum meetings, sprint planning & review meetings, managing product and sprint backlog, etc.; this is non-negotiable for this position! • Preferably experience with one or more of the following: Sencha Touch, jQMobi, jQTouch, jQuery Mobile --- *With Warm Regards * *Madhu Roy* GenuineIT LLC *Certified Women Owned Business* Making IT Happen… Ph: 832 539 3475 Fax: 281-605-5969 *E-Mail* :[email protected] *Gmail *: *nandimadhu74 , madhu.genuineitllc* *YM *: madhu_recruiter Looking ahead to work with you for better Business prospects According to Bill S.1618 Title III passed by the 105th US Congress, this message is not considered as "Spam" as we have included the contact information.
