Location: NYC, NY Length: 5-6 months w/option for additional time Phone Hire Overview: The consultant will provides application development of a BI dashboard which includes systems analysis, systems design and development of applications relative to Decision Support Systems; Extensive experience with Data Warehouse technologies and concepts;, Requirements: 1. Must have 2-3 years experience with MicroStrategy's business intelligence tool including development, configuration tuning, use of report services, use of OLAP services, use of security filters and the creation of SDK applications; a. Participating in and overseeing the design, development and implementation of data warehouse efforts for Business Intelligence solutions high level of competency designing, implementing, and testing Microstrategy SDK-based programs and modules clear understanding of Microstrategy meta data and report implementation b. Collaborating with leaders from various delivery teams, while playing a development leadership role for each phase of data warehouse related efforts. c. Ensuring adherence of development best practices/standards and Collaborating with Data and Solutions Architects to ensure compliance with established Architecture. d. Experience with Narrowcast; 2. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 3. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator 4.
