*Position : **Project Manager * *Location : Buffalo Grove , IL* *Duration : 6+ Months Phone / Skype **Must be USC, GC or EAD * * Job Description* * The role is to manage the various internal and client-specific projects that require IT resources. * Projects include delivery of IT solution and client orders. * This position requires complete knowledge of all programming requirements, deliverables and commitments as well as leading our IT resources in communications to and from our client. * Must maintain support and enforcement of the necessary policies and procedures throughout the software development lifecycle. Also interface with production staff in ensuring quality and delivery of client orders. *Responsibilities include:* * Plan and manage the execution of project lifecycle, including but not limited to requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, release and maintenance. * Daily communication with client contacts and business personnel as to project progress. * Keeping log of tasks, bugs, fixes, scope changes and risks. * Participate in month end billing by running reports or providing clarifications to details. * Collaborate with production staff in ensuring order delivery. * Provide feedback on staff performance to management. * Classifying data and determining retention requirements * Responsibility and accountability for system changes. * Adhere to all policies and procedures related to security and protecting privacy of client and company information. * Support other tasks and responsibilities, both permanent and temporary as assigned or directed by management. * Experience communicating with clients. Does not need to be external clients, but is preferred. * Technical skills are not required, but an overall technical aptitude is preferred. * Business analysis and requirements gathering experience * Solid knowledge of IT project lifecycle. * Knowledge of print and fulfillment business a plus. * Experience with Microsoft Office suite. * 4-yr college degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience is required. * Experience communicating with clients.
