The successful candidate will manage technical programs in the Architecture and Engineering Group and drive the teams work across several functional teams. He or she will be part of the Shared Program Management Service which is responsible for projects associated with building and running cloud computing infrastructure for hosted services and SaaS products across the company. · Lead and complete large-scale, client-driven projects. · Communicate with clients and customers to determine their needs. · Develop, design, and implement improved business processes or solutions to meet consumer expectations. · Identify risks, highlight the impact and probability, define owner and mitigation strategy, monitor and track progress, including the resolution of escalated project issues. · Design, implement and present executive level status of key deliverables with metrics. · Run and chair internal program/project meetings. *Requirements:* · 5+ years of program management experience. · 1+ year in Cloud Infrastructure projects. · Typically requires Masters degree or equivalent with 8-10 years related experience or a MS/MA and 5 years related experience in a large organization. · Experience implementing new technologies and approaches. · Highly effective communication and customer relationship management skills. · Demonstrates subject matter expertise in a new technology and solution deployment. · Ability to influence stakeholders at the Director and VP level. · Effective leadership capability. · Out of the box thinking; disruptive approach to problem-solving. · Global experience - Strong internal influence skills and leadership. · Ability to successfully manage multiple complex activities and major initiatives. · Demonstrated ability to drive and lead significant cross-functional initiatives. · Demonstrated superior business judgment and independent decision-making. · Accountable, strong leader and a team player. · Bring Structure and Momentum to the Team. · Effective communicator with executive presence. · Step into challenging programs/Projects and quickly assess and resolve any customer satisfaction issues. · Flexible and adaptable to change. *Desired Skills:* · Knowledge of Agile methodologies and execution. · Experience with OpenStack.
