Designs and develops updated · Helps to ensure a balance between tactical and strategic technology solutions. · Mentors, reviews codes and verifies that the object oriented design best practices and that coding and architectural guidelines are adhered to. · Identifies and drives issues through closure. · Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. · Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. *Core Responsibilities:* · Own the end-to-end technical design for initiatives in close partnership with the development, testing, operations, and data team leaders. · Perform analysis of user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper requirement specifications. · Assists in the planning and design of new or upgraded systems. Interacts with departments to implement improvements in process. · Identifies opportunities for improvement in the application and recommends course of action. · Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. *Qualifications:* · Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent. · 7-10 years related experience developing, building, and operating enterprise class applications, platforms, infrastructure, and services. · 3-5 years related experience designing, developing, and managing cross platform jobs. · 3-5 years of experience in managing medium to big code bases. · * 4-7 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise applications using .NET, WCF ,Entity Framework, ASP.NET <http://ASP.NET>, ASP.NET <http://ASP.NET> MVC (various versions. currently using MVC 5) and SQL Server (version 2008 onwards).* · Ability to extrapolate the problem and solution by using the most appropriate design and architecture · Strong knowledge of UML and related tools. · *Experience in implementing Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration tools. * · Experience in developing NoSQL based solutions using technologies like Couchbase and/or MongoDB. · Experience with related industry frameworks and methodologies including waterfall, iterative, agile and SCRUM. · Experience in using and developing JavaScript based frameworks such as JQuery; (Nice to have: DOJO, Knockout and AngularJS) (Desirable to have experience in developing web based and native mobile user interfaces.) · Strong knowledge of XML,SOAP,HTTP and other network protocols. · Ability to prototype solutions using JQuery, Node.js, or ASP.NET. Continuously evaluate architectures against emerging tech and business trends and identify areas of opportunity to ensure performance and capacity exceed demand.
