*Top 5 must have skills: Axure RP Pro Expert skills is far and away the top priority.After that would be Photoshop, Illustrator, Mac computer skills and then great inter-personal skills* We are looking for a skilled Visual Designer to join the Client User Experience team. As a Visual Designer you will work closely with Information Architects, Front-End Developers, Project Managers and Business Analysts. You will be responsible for providing visual design leadership for key components of the clients user experience. Expectations include: • Contributing to a culture of innovation and teamwork. • Pushing the boundaries of what's possible to create better experiences for our users. • Leading visual design through the entire project lifecycle, from initial concepts to final designs. • Producing deliverables such as screen layouts, user interface elements, prototypes and final assets. • Translating usability and field research findings into design improvements. • Communicating design strategy and rationale to key stakeholders. • Collaborating with other client teams to develop cross-product solutions. • Documentation of client visual design standards. Qualifications *Axure Rapid Prototyping: Expert (3+ yrs exp.) Adobe Photoshop: Expert (3+ yrs exp.) Adobe Illustrator: Expert (3+ yrs exp.)
