*Greetings,* *Hope you are doing Well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!* *Please forward a profiles to **shan...@techconsultinc.com* <shan...@techconsultinc.com> *Here are the requirement details* -- *Minneapolis, MN* * Program Manager 12 months* *Summary: *Senior, experienced business project/program manager Deep knowledge of Financial ADVICE and Wealth management services is mandatory i.e. working business knowledge of financial services products, services, financial advice and management business solutions etc. The project/program manager will be the single point of contact (SPOC), managing the end to end project from start to end. *Responsibilities:* - Analyzing project performance, creating cost benefit analysis and identifying optimal solutions that minimize the negative impact and trade offs - Working effectively with business partners, vendors, technology, and project management staff to develop the project agenda and ensure agreement/adoption of project objectives/deliverables by all affected constituencies - Exceptional project/program management skills with proven track record of several projects implemented within scope time-line and cost; fast learner that can manage at executive level and rally teams together in short space of time. *Required:* - Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and to effectively manage within it. - Superior written and verbal communication skills including with executive level presentations. - Superior skill-set to manage over 20 internal systems development efforts in conjunction with 5 to 10 outside vendors to deliver a streamlined business solution for our Advice and Wealth management business. - MS project management expert Solid knowledge and proven track record of development implementation methodologies We are looking for a business PM that can provide business solutions to the end-user (all our projects will have a technology/infrastructure PM already). - Must have exceptional project planning across a broad range of business units and work components (some projects can have up to 40 cross commit work artifacts that need to be planned)i.e. defining, estimating and scheduling project tasks and interdependencies to achieve the scope through a clearly defined project plan/work breakdown structure. - Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, timeline and cost (know how to control scope, timeline and cost - Adhering to the approved project methodology for project management and maintains project artifacts and records - Identifying and tracking key measures of success for the project - Clear concise project communication (status, meeting agenda, meeting notes) for different audiences from core teams to owner teams to steering committee members - Exceptional DRIVER and RESULTS orientated -- can jump in at any phase of a project (big or small) and drive out results in a short space of time.
