Business Development Manager 

*       Must have 3+ years of experience.
*       Administering full lifecycle of sales process. Heavy cold calling,
efficiently interacting with New Vendors and clients.
*       Responsible for new business development to retain long term
relationships with clients.
*       Negotiate client contracts and prepare responses being sure to
include competitive compensation and high bill rates to maximize gross
profits and gross margins.

Business Development Manager (ERP Specialist)

*       Must have 3+ years of experience and complete knowledge in bringing
requirements exclusively ERP like Navision, GP, Dynamics AX, Ramco. 
*       Administering full lifecycle of sales process. Heavy cold calling,
efficiently interacting with New Vendors and clients.
*       Responsible for new business development to retain long term
relationships with clients.
*       Negotiate client contracts and prepare responses being sure to
include competitive compensation and high bill rates to maximize gross
profits and gross margins.

Sr. IT Recruiter

*       Must have 2 - 4 years of experience and  who has proven excellent
records in recruiting and is well versed with all the leading IT
Technologies and domain
*       Must be responsible for recruiting IT professional across the USA
through direct phone   
*       Sourcing, networking, referrals, and expanded Internet sourcing.
*       Developing own relationships with present/potential clients,
creating applicants database, applicant interviews, reference checks,
client/employee relations, employee pay rates, client-billing rates.

IT Recruiter (Freshers)

*       Excellent communication skills 
*       Willing to Learn & Excel 
*       Team players with high energy and positive attitude.
