API’s used by the Contact Centers must be enhanced to support a recent acquisition adding millions of additional customers to our ordering applications. Education/Experience: Strong AS/400 and RPGLE programming background required (5 -10 years experience). Experience modifying and developing new applications/API’s using the technology off of the IBM AS400/iSeries platform. Experience with the development of API’s using SQL/RPG Stored Procedures, PCML and/or FFM messaging; generating REST/JSON requests/ web services. Use of embedded SQL and iSeries Query/NGS a plus. Requires excellent analytical, system design and problem solving abilities. Manage concurrent projects. Work in a team-oriented environment supported by management, system analysts, and other programmers.
