A Business Analyst with experience in Systems Analysis for Case Management
Systems, preferably in Human Services



*MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE *

   - Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases
of *systems
   analysis*
   - Minimum *of 7 years of experience in a business analytics role
   including: strategic planning, business model analysis, process definition
   and design, system analysis, management and monitoring, and/or requirement
   definition*
   - Excellent *technical writing* which will result in relevant, useful,
   and accurate information geared to assist Technical Architects to enable
   the creation of a robust architecture/design document
   - Proven analytical/technical aptitude evidenced by 5 or more years of
   successful experience in a quantitative role
   - Experience eliciting requirements and delivering key documents with *CRMs
   focused on Human Services*

*RESPONSIBILITIES*

   - Work as a technical support and liaison to designated IT personnel to
   develop business requirements, functional requirements, non-functional
   requirements, as-is processes, to-be processes, and other required
   documentation to assist Technical Architects in creating a set of
   architecture and design documents for its *enterprise Enrollment and
   Case Management System.*
   - Work closely with an internal steering committee, formed to aid in
   strategic decision making concerning the future realization of DYCD's
   Enrollment and Case Management System (Initiative 1), to document and
   analyze individual program requirements.
   - Develop a set of common core requirements based on individual
   programmatic needs.
   - Work on-site to gather and document end-user input on previous
   systems, and current programmatic requirements.
   - Demonstrate a high level of subject matter expertise with CRMs with a
   focus on Human Services to bridge business requirements and IT solutions;
   provide technical direction and ensure compliance with best practice
   solutions.
   - Facilitate collaborative system and data design sessions with the user
   community, technical architecture resources and development resources.
   - Practice knowledge transfer and foster change management as the
   organization changes and new skills are required, focusing on
   team/individual development to be a valued contributor.
