Required background:
Good Hands on experience on IBM Tivoli Identity Management
Should have knowledge on Mainframe technology and Cobol
Additional knowledge on any database like DB2
Experience in working in a Managed Service environment, or maintenance
production support project.
Experience in working with Offshore team in a Global Delivery Model
Good Analytical and Communication skills and flexible to take up additional
work load based on the requirement
