* Position : Sharepoint Developer* *Location : * *Washington, DC Duration : 6+ Months GC , USC Only Phone then Face to Face* *Must Have’s: * · Experience with Microsoft office InfoPath Forms Services and SharePoint Designer · SharePoint web part configuration , customization and development experience · Hands on experience designing and developing SharePoint web parts · Hands on development experience with SharePoint Web Services, custom work flows, event handlers, Solution Packages and Deployment, and the SharePoint Object Model · Experience with Visual Basic Studio, ASP.net, JavaScript, CSS and XML · Hands on experience with setting up database connectivity and exchanging data between SP and databases like Access/Oracle · Ability to perform proper unit test, regression tests, and load tests to ensure accuracy and completeness of applications developed · Knowledge of the features and architectural design of Microsoft SharePoint service · Strong Microsoft Office Suite integration skill set · Knowledge of the features and architectural design of Microsoft SharePoint services and SharePoint Server · An understanding of the following concepts: Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms, and/or Business Intelligence · Above average interpersonal and presentation skills to synthesize and communicate information to senior management *Preferred skills, but not required: * · Ability to use HTML editors to provide a custom SP front-end and understanding of the following concepts: Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms, and/or Business Intelligence · Ability to setup a web server and create custom web applications · Experience with Javascript libraries like JQuery, AngularJS *Job Description:* · Under general direction, the SharePoint Developer will be responsible for developing multiple SharePoint sites to meet business needs. · The individual will interact with stakeholders to gather requirements and create proper documentation based upon the information provided. This person will be responsible for the implementation of new solutions in a SharePoint 2013 environment . · These include, but not limited to, List Creation with custom intake forms, Custom Web Parts, Complex workflows and database connectivity using SharePoint Designer 2013. · 5 + years of experience developing web applications using Microsoft and compatible technologies, which includes SharePoint 2007/2010/2013. Ability to deliver on multiple initiatives simultaneously and perform under pressure within tight deadlines · This person is expected to provide design recommendations, build out the site and act as the SharePoint SME.
