*Position : Service Assurance Manager * *Location: Houston, TX* *Length: 1 year* *Rate: $55/hr* *The Service Assurance Manager (SAM) for Jiffy Lube/ePlus outsource partner is accountable for maintaining close contacts with the user groups and business teams within Jiffy Lube, including application portfolio teams, to identify service demands and new opportunities for Infrastructure deployment and to receive their feedback on the delivery of infrastructure services. The Jiffy Lube SAM is the focal point for change management, including communications on infrastructure matters, and for major incident/problem management. The SAM escalates infrastructure incidents/situations that threaten business continuity, and reports the experience of users with service delivery/bundle suppliers/ISP. The SAM activates Infrastructure Consultants to analyse requirements and propose the infrastructure solutions. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY: Managing the relationship with Jiffy Lube, making sure demand and new/changed requirements are identified and monitoring and reporting on the performance and quality of services delivery through ePlus • Calling in the help of infrastructure consultants to outline the solution that responds to new or changed business requirements. • Reporting the services demand forecast and the new/changed requirements together with the outline solutions to the infrastructure planners. • Manage overall quality of engagement and vendors to Jiffy Lubes deliverables as appropriate to achieve or exceed the expected operating standards and the designated level of customer satisfaction. • Assuring services with ePlus are delivered according to SLA, reporting deviations from agreed targets, collecting feedback from the users and reporting the user experience to the Enterprise Service Managers. • Escalating serious service incidents that threaten business continuity with the Integration Managers in SM&I, assisting with incident and problem resolution. • Assessing the impact of change on the Jiffy Lube environment, communicating change within the business community and authorizing the implementation of change.
