Hi partner, Please let me know, If you have any suitable consultants available on the below urgent requirement Title : Web Project Manager/Project Coordinator Location : Santa Clara, CA (Must be Local to CA) Start Date : ASAP Duration : 3 + months Must be Local to CA Phone screen followed by In-person interview Need two professional references from recent projects Client looking for someone who has: * Background in Online Program Marketing * Experience in Interactive Multimedia Design * Experienced in managing UE and creative teams RESPONSIBILITIES - Creates project plans, highlighting project milestones and track dependencies - Involved in business requirements gathering - Manages the quality of deliverable content hands - Engage as required to help resolve project issues and conflicts, so that on time, on budget, and value delivery metrics can be maximized - Provide leadership in the ongoing use of structured and rigorous IT processes that deliver repeatable results, in the use of a consistent system development lifecycle methodology, in the use of consistent -Estimating and planning tools for demand management and project management, and in the use of best practices - Collaborates with resource managers on the assignment of project resources, on management of the quality of deliverable content, and on the escalation of resource performance issues. - Implement and execute project process - Create and manage project plans, estimates, scope of work documents, requirements, risk assessments, specifications, schedules, and budgets. - Facilitate effective workflow between creative and technology teams. - Manages 3rd party vendors as necessary - Ensure accountability by developing project status reports and dashboards MUST HAVE: - 5+ years of Project Management experience - A BS degree or equivalent combination of experience and formal education is required - Experience with structured methodology and project planning tools is required; - Proven track record of partnering with business management in the delivery of IT enabled business solutions - Experience collaborating with others in IT management roles to deliver shared results - Possess exceptional organizational abilities, and be capable of successfully managing multiple projects, shifting deadlines, and large workloads - Excellent problem solving skills with ability to creatively negotiate demands. - Ability to anticipate problems and develop resolutions as necessary. - Excel at assigning and managing priorities, follow up, and communicating project status. - Successful track record of meeting/exceeding goals - Strong analytical skills - Strong project management and interpersonal communications skills. - Must have ability to prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines - Ability to communicate effectively with leadership in the business and with leadership in Technology - Ability to rapidly accept and assimilate changes (organization, process, or technology) and quickly focuses on achieving post]change results - Good attention to detail in planning the intricacies of projects and in making sure project dependencies, conflicts, and issues are resolved in a manner maximizing the value delivered to the business - Rigorous, structured, process centric approach to all work activities - Quick learner - Listen first mentality - Knowledge of network and web infrastructure project management processes and techniques as well as internet/intranet site design and development is required - Prior consulting experience is strongly preferred - Excellent written and verbal skills - Detailed oriented and take ownership attitude - Must have the ability to work independently and manage communications at all organization levels - Strong interpersonal skills - Proficient in Excel and Word and MS Project - Minimum 3 years experience in a Client facing role. - Project Management Professional Certification a plus Experience with: - MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Visio Familiar with: MS Project, HTML editors, MS FrontPage/Dreamweaver, Web Content Management Software Thanks & Regards, Hari Sr.Technical Recruiter, Sriven Infosys Inc, Ph: (212) 999-6251 Ext: 205 Alt No: (646) 898 6229 Fax: (212) 658-9460 [email protected] www.sriveninfosys.com Sriven Infosys Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
