Other responsibilities include business case development, storage asset management, and standards development, quote generation and review, and budget planning and review. *Requirement 2:* *System Programmer* *Location: Livingston, NJ.* *Duration: 6 Months* *Job Description: * System Programmer/Operator to be responsible for design, installation, support and availability of the z/VM operating system running on the mainframe platform, including all related third party software products. This position requires participation in software upgrades, mainframe infrastructure projects, interfacing with other mainframe disciplines, and providing general day to day support of the environment. Strong customer focus and communication skills are also required. The mainframe platform is 3 IBM 2097's; the operating system is x/VM 5.3; they are running SUSE Linux SLES 10 as VM guests.
