Client is looking for *Web based System Analyst with RUP experience -Jacksonville, Florida*. This is a 9+ months Contract position. * * *Please find the key attributes below:* -Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience; 6 years will not be senior enough -Experience working with Web-based Systems ( NOT HIPAA/EDI Implementation, etc. ) -Health Insurance Industry Experience ( the more the better ) -Clear, concise communication skills -Critical thinking skills; candidates will not be hired by this manager if they can’t demonstrate that they think outside of the box -Strong RUP; Strong Use Cases *Systems Analyst III* Web based SA with RUP experience. Must be motivated and able to work independently. Web sales health insurance experience is a plus. This person will not be responsible for development or design. However, must be able to work through technical designs and work out issues with the business unit.
