This general support may include requirements definition, analysis, design, testing and production support services. Description of work This position serves as Senior Systems Analyst and may perform requirements gathering and definition, system analysis, design, testing, documentation and production support services for one or more applications. This position must interact with analysis, development, project management and end user staff associated with multiple projects. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form, the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships. Expertise in design and implementation of criminal justice application is desirable. Responsibilities will include the following: Analysis of existing system components Review and documentation of requirements, use cases and designs Development and execution of test plans Development of documentation of communications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Skills: Web application analysis and design including ability to fully document requirements and design. Testing of large, complex systems. Good communication skills.
