Experience in solution documentation/solution implementation (SOLAR01, SOLAR02) & roadmaps 3. Experience in Configure Change Request Management (ChaRM), ITSM 4. Experience in Application Incident Management/Service Desk 5. Experience in CRM Middleware technical configurations for Solution Manager 6.
